Malware Protection
We take your website’s security very seriously. That’s why a premium anti-malware / firewall account is included for every new account that purchases the base package. This is a $99 value per year that we give our new customers absolutely free!
We use an endpoint firewall and malware scanner built specifically to protect WordPress sites. It keeps the bad guys out by continually updating a database of malicious IP addresses. It blocks those IP addresses from having access to anything on your site. It also allows for two-factor authentication (2FA) and so much more! In this digital world you want this. Trust us!
Regular & Complete Site Backups
Having a backup is an absolute necessity. That’s why complete site backup services are included with all new accounts!
Having a backup is sometimes something we take for granted, but when we need it…we’re glad it’s there! If you’ve ever ran into the situation where you lost data on your local computer, or that project you were working on got corrupted… You know exactly what we’re talking about.
As a standard service, Webpage Mage runs a weekly backup and daily site check on your entire website (database included) in a cloud-based server separate from the hosting account where your website resides.
Domain & Hosting
We host your site with a hosting provider that has excelled for many years in speed, reliability, and support. We think they are second to none! Your website will be housed on redundant virtual private servers (VPS) and backed up on a regular schedule. Your domain name(s) are also housed with this hosting provider (unless pre-registered or parked with another Host or Registrar*).
* Access will be needed to unlock the transfer option of your domain with its current registrar.
Pages
These pages can be customized to fit your needs. Additional pages over 4 would incur an additional charge. The standard pages included with the base package are as follows:

Email Account
One email account is included with the primary services. This email account allows for communication between a contact form on your website and your inbox. Additional emails can be setup as optional services at an additional fee. See the “Additional Email Addresses” toggle in the Optional Services below.
Optional Services

eCommerce / Shopping Cart
If you plan to sell items on your website you will need this additional service. Your products will be categorized, listed with multiple pictures, sorted as needed, and much more! We cannot emphasize the need for this service if you’re selling products via your website. More information on this service will be provided in the in-person interview.
WordPress Training
Do you have an employee(s) that you want to be able to post to WordPress, but you’re not quite sure how to do that? We understand and are here to help! WordPress training covers the basics of posting to a blog, uploading media, creating meta tags for better SEO, how categorization works, adding eCommerce products to your site (if this service is needed), and much more!
SEO via Yoast
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a complicated thing, but it doesn’t have to be. We provide a free version of the Yoast plugin with every design / build. This plugin can be very helpful to you when creating content on your site. It’s a very powerful tool with lots of helpful advice.
Additional Pages
More pages can be added and supported. Four (4) pages are included in our primary services. If you need more than that Webpage Mage can design and build additional pages! Some examples of these pages might be a menu for your restaurant, a social media page, a portfolio of your work, a testimonials page of all your happy clientele, etc!
Additional Email Addresses
Our primary service gives you an email address by default. We can add more as you need them though! Some examples of different email addresses might be one for your Sales department (sales@yourcompany.com), one for your Customer Support department (support@yourcompany.com), etc!
Additional Contact Forms
Our primary services includes a standard Contact Us form. Additionally, we can create more forms dedicated specifically to your needs. In addition to the main contact form, you could also have a questionnaire or use a form as a poll. You can even use a contact form to collection donations electronically.
YouTube Service
This optional service is needed if you plan to host videos or video streaming applications on your website. In order to provide quick and highly responsive video on your website we utilize YouTube. The advantages of this are two-fold. By hosting your videos on YouTube you will have a solid up-time and redundancy. This also has much less impact on the resources hosting your website.
